We used Cape Cod Carpentry to oversee the remodel of a guest bathroom. Removal of tub, relocation of shower, new flooring, plumbing, electrical. Once we reviewed with him what we wanted, Rick took care of everything. We were out of state during the work, but Rick communicated regularly with progress reports, including photos. When we returned, the project was completed just the way we envisioned. From our experience, Rick is a first class GC using first class subs. Would highly recommend.

I hired Cape Cod Carpentry Guild to make a structural support so the crack in the ceiling could be repaired. Rick responded to my call promptly and scheduled an appointment at a mutually agreed time. He was punctual and did not rush through our meeting. Although he didn’t plan on it, he donned a respirator mask and crawled up in the attic to thoroughly evaluate the problem.
