I hired Cape Cod Carpentry Guild to make a structural support so the crack in the ceiling could be repaired. Rick responded to my call promptly and scheduled an appointment at a mutually agreed time. He was punctual and did not rush through our meeting. Although he didn’t plan on it, he donned a respirator mask and crawled up in the attic to thoroughly evaluate the problem. He was able to have his guys come shortly thereafter and construct the needed support. My husband and I were elated!! He was very fair with the price, neat and clean. John provided us with pictures as if needed, we could show the drywall men what was done. We couldn’t be happier. The details matter and Rick was very cognizant of that fact.
